Owner and Executive Private Chef Wong grew up in China, where his father was a state banquet chef. He served as one of the chefs in the catering department of the 2008 Beijing Summer Olympics, learning about food and honing his skills under his father's influence from a young age. He graduated with a Diploma in Culinary Arts, Baking, and Restaurant Management (CABRM). Wong spent the early part of his career working as a chef in both Asian and American fine dining restaurants, gaining exposure to different food cultures.
In 2015, he began operating two restaurants independently. In 2023, he launched his personal chef business, serving delicious meals at various gatherings across the valley. Additionally, inspired by his uncle, a Chinese theater artist, Wong has learned the performance art of face-changing (Bian Lian) since childhood. He boldly combines the colorful art of face-changing with his culinary expertise to create unique fusion dishes.
